BIOGRAPHICAL CLIP: (Who am I?)
I am a life long educator who has spent all 45 years of my educational profession in Acadia Parish Schools. I have a a Bachalor's degree from the University of Southwestern Louisiana ( ULL) and A Masters degree from LSU.  I hold a lifetime teaching certificate from the State of Louisiana and have 6 certification endorsements. I love working with children of any age and consider it an honor and privledge to work with the students of Ross Elementary. In addition, I server as one of four sponsors of the Jr. beta Club and work as a member of the Lighthouse team as a Leader in Me School.

ROSS ELEMENTARY STUDENTS

The students of Ross Elementary School are the most important part of my professional educational focus. Helping them to feel confident, and competent in Reading is my main goal. Students assigned to me during the day will work intensely on mastering the skills that will open up the door to becoming a more confident reader.

PARENTS/GUARDIANS OF ROSS ELEMENTARY STUDENTS:
The students of Ross Elementary, your sons and daughters, are striving to acquire mastery in the areas of Reading, Mathamatics, Science and Social Studies. Your biggest contribution to this goal is to insist that they attend school each day and give their academics their best effort. Since reading is a crucial part of their education, I ask that you encourage your student to read....read....read! Have them read to you and to each other. Have them read what they are interested in, but keep them reading.
